Sleeper stores far more of your league's past than it shows you. Every matchup, every draft pick, every waiver claim and every bracket is still there — but the interface is built around the current week, so the only way through it is one season at a time.
What Sleeper actually keeps
- Every team-week score, including the exact starting lineup and what each player scored.
- Full playoff and consolation brackets, so final placings are recoverable.
- Every draft, pick by pick, with keeper flags.
- Every completed transaction — trades, waivers with the FAAB bid, free-agent adds.
- Season standings: wins, losses, points for and against, and the max points a roster could have scored.
How far back it goes
As far back as your league has been on Sleeper, and no further. Seasons played on another platform before you moved are not in Sleeper's data at all — no amount of digging will surface them, because they were never there.
If your league predates Sleeper, those seasons can still be added by hand. Standings and a finishing order are usually enough to include them in all-time totals, even without week-level scores.
Seeing it in one place
- Find your current season's league ID, or just use your Sleeper username.
- Import the league. Every season is walked backwards through the chain automatically.
- The result is one record book: all-time standings, champions, records, head-to-head and per-manager careers.
The one thing to get right
Use the current season's ID, not an old one. Because the chain is walked backwards, starting from an older season silently gives you a shorter history — with no error to tell you something is missing.
